Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk according to Highgate Hotel standards.
• Maintain PBX operations and ensure hotel standards are met.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation.
• Process check-ins/ checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork and logs for closing.
