Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California (or pending admission).
• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, oral advocacy and court appearances.
• Class action, complex litigation or wage-and-hour experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support plaintiff-side wage-and-hour, class and representative actions.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Assist with deposition preparation and attend hearings under senior attorneys.
