Lawyers for Justice, P.C.® in Glendale seeks a Senior Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload of state and federal wage-and-hour, class, and representative actions against regional and national defendants.

The ideal candidate is a licensed, experienced litigator with a strong track record in complex or class action litigation, who can guide associates, develop strategy, and advance favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, oral advocacy, and court appearances.
• Experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage-and-hour matters is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Manage and lead an active caseload of wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation.
• Develop case strategy; conduct and respond to complex discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive and class certification motions; lead settlements; appear in court for hearings and trial.
• Mentor junior attorneys on litigation best practices.
