Job summary

Lawyers for Justice, P.C.® seeks an Associate Attorney in Glendale, CA to support wage-and-hour, class, and representative actions against major companies. You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings and discovery responses, and assist with depositions under senior attorneys. Travel may be required.

The ideal candidate is a licensed California attorney with 1–3 years in civil litigation, including court appearances and motion practice. Prior class action and wage-hour exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in California or pending admission to the California Bar.
• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience including discovery, oral advocacy, and court appearances.
• Experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage-and-hour matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Assist with deposition preparation and attendance.
• Prepare for and appear at court hearings and trials.
• Communicate with clients under the guidance of senior attorneys.
