Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in California (or pending admission if already licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction).
• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, oral advocacy, and court appearances.
• Experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage-and-hour matters is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Assist with deposition preparation and attendance; prepare for and appear at court hearings.
• Communicate with clients under the guidance of senior attorneys.
