Lawyers for Justice seeks a Senior Attorney in Glendale to lead state and federal wage-and-hour, class, and representative actions. You will manage a busy docket, develop strategy, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and argue motions.

The role includes settlement negotiations, court appearances, and mentoring junior attorneys. The ideal candidate is a California-licensed, highly experienced litigator with a strong track record in complex or class actions, organized and professional,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of civil litigation experience in state and federal courts.
• Experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage-and-hour matters is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead an active caseload of wage-and-hour, class, and representative actions.
• Develop case strategy and oversee associate attorneys.
• Handle complex discovery, depositions, and dispositive/ class-certification motions.
• Lead settlement negotiations and represent clients in court hearings and trials.
• Mentor junior attorneys on litigation best practices.
