Job summary

Lawyers for Justice, P.C.® seeks an experienced Attorney to represent clients in wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation. The attorney will manage active caseloads, handle discovery, take/defend depositions, and argue motions in court.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in civil litigation, strong oral advocacy, and familiarity with class actions. California Bar admission or pending admission required; some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, including discovery, oral advocacy, and court appearances.
• Experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage-hour matters is a plus.
• Candidate must be able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Represent and advocate for clients in wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation.
• Manage an active caseload; conduct and respond to discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions; appear in court for hearings and trial; advise clients throughout litigation.
