Job summary

Seagate Technology is seeking a Wafer Process Control Intern for Wet Processes Summer 2027 at its Normandale site. The role supports automation, process optimization, and experimental design to advance CMP, electroplating, and wet etch control on state-of-the-art wafer equipment.

The intern will collaborate with Factory Controls Engineers and Wafer Process Engineers, contributing to APC methods and data-driven process health monitoring in a high-tech HDD manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BS student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related engineering fields and must be enrolled in Fall 2027 classes.
