Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of applicable technician or manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of thin-film wafer processing and related engineering principles.
• Experience troubleshooting complex wafer, process, and equipment issues.
• Experience using tool log viewers, SPC platforms, and engineering dashboards.
• Ability to apply quantitative reasoning to process windows and tolerances.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage UTP production WIP, wafer flow, and scheduling across RD Admins, Operations, Engineering, and Materials.
• Qualify GaAs wafers and review yield inspections.
• Analyze tool logs and SPC results to identify root causes.
• Perform manual RD runs, calibrations, and handling after interruptions.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting for UTP processes and equipment.
