Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master's in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics and have lab experience plus data analysis skills (R, Python, Excel, JMP). The position offers a structured internship with diverse on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Practical lab experience required or highly relevant.
• Experience with statistics and data analysis using R, Excel, JMP or Python.
• Possible exposure to thin film characterization, deposition, measurement, or defect detection.
• Working towards a Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics with return in Fall 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical understanding of metrology tools used in wafer manufacturing.
• Perform metrology recipe updates, gage studies, and equipment improvement projects with data collection.
• Develop software tools as needed to complete projects and assist metrology engineers.
