Seagate is seeking a Senior Manager of Wafer Metrology at the Normandale campus to lead development and deployment of metrology for wafer process control. You will guide R&D and production metrology efforts, drive data quality improvements, and apply modeling and statistics to extract actionable insights for decision making.

Qualifications

• PhD degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related field with 3+ years experience, or BS/MS with 10+ years in thin film related research or technology industry.
• Demonstrated leadership in engineering teams and projects in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with measurement techniques in nanotechnology device fabrication for characterization and manufacturing control.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team responsible for the development and implementation of metrology for wafer process control.
• Oversee development, testing and optimization of wafer metrology techniques for R&D and production wafers.
• Drive improvements in data quality and develop analytical methods to maximize utility of metrology data.
• Communicate results with impact through clear technical reports.
