Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong programming experience in Python and scientific computing tools.
• Experience developing and validating ML models from engineering data.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced analyses to understand and improve process control and wafer-level performance.
• Build predictive models linking inputs, materials, and metrology to outputs.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for process optimization and defect prediction.
• Create automated image-analysis workflows for SEM, optical, AFM data and defect classification.
• Communicate model performance and limitations to technical and management audiences.
