Qualifications

• PhD in physics, chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering or related field with 3+ years experience.
• BS/MS with 10+ years in thin film related research or technology industry.
• Proven experience leading AI/ML projects and data-driven metrology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for the development and implementation of metrology for wafer process control.
• Oversee the development, testing and optimization of wafer metrology techniques for R&D and production wafers.
• Drive improvements in data quality and analytics to maximize metrology utility.
• Guide teams in modeling and statistical analysis, translating insights into clear technical reports.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors to evaluate new equipment/software and document results for purchasing decisions.
