Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a Low Yield Analysis Engineer on shift to support back-end package and wafer-level analysis. The role involves design, test, modification, and characterization of wafer-level assembly technologies, with a lab-based on-site work model.

You will drive root-cause analysis across teams, perform data analysis, and deliver actionable improvements. A related engineering degree with 2+ years of experience is required; SEM/XRD/TEM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a lab environment and hands-on analysis skills.
• Experience with destructive and optical analysis techniques (SEM/XRD/TEM) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to engineers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Work across teams to achieve program objectives and drive execution.
• Perform failure analysis and root-cause identification for yield issues.
• Conduct data acquisition, analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support packaging and assembly problem resolution in manufacturing.
