Job summary

EY seeks an experienced WAF & Internet Ingress and Edge Manager to lead operational service delivery for enterprise protection, load balancing, ingress, traffic management, and edge connectivity services.

The role is accountable for performance, resilience, customer engagement, risk management, and lifecycle governance across WAF, CDN, and automation initiatives. Hybrid, client-facing, and global collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology or engineering.
• 8+ years in WAF, app delivery, or related tech disciplines.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for WAF and edge services.
• Lead incident response, problem management, and resilience.
• Coordinate cross-team execution across application, cloud, and network teams.
