Harbor Wholesale in the Gray's Harbor region seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business, identify top retailers, and build strong relationships with key customers across the assigned territory. Expect travel and proactive negotiation to expand market share in a fast-paced convenience/foodservice environment.

The role offers a first-year compensation plan up to $85K including bonus/commission, mileage/base automotive expense, corporate card, and field support.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years field sales/outside sales in a high-volume customer-centric environment; priority given to foodservice/convenience/DSD/Advanced Merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional follow-through and experience in a multi-department, large company.
• Some college or higher education highly preferred.

• Grow and develop new business by securing new customer purchases in their region.
• Identify and convert top retailers within assigned region.
• Develop strong relationships with key and chain customers.
• Travel within assigned territory, with overnight stays as needed.
