Job summary

Harbor Wholesale seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business within the Grays Harbor region from Willapa Bay to Forks, WA. Expect dedicated training and no overnight travel, aside from about four regional meetings per year.

Compensation includes a first-year plan up to $85K with bonus/commissions and full benefits. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of field/outside sales experience in a high-volume environment, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a college-education

Qualifications

• Negotiation skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong follow-through and experience in a large multi‑department organization.
• Some college or higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall performance versus goals and objectives within the assigned territory.
