Qualifications

• Active state licensure required
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics as per WAC 246-805-220
• Supervised experience required under WAC 246-805-230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
