Job summary

PBS Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.'s standards. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, maintaining compliance with licensure, and mentoring supervisees, with the possibility of hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as required by state and local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with ABA field work and experience overseeing behavior modification services.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analytic topics as per WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is complete and on time.
• Mentor and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification.
