Job summary

PBS Corp. in Washington state seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will lead program implementation, coordinate with regional teams, and maintain high standards of compliance.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Complete 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics per WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
