PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager in Everett, WA to oversee and coordinate high‑quality ABA service delivery across assigned clients.

You will ensure continuity of care, support staff development, and uphold PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged. You will lead program implementation, collaborate with regional teams to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction, manage scheduling and documentation, and mentor supervisees while

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• WA 246-805-210 bachelor’s degree program.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies/regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation—E Sign, post hire, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
