Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery for assigned clients. You will coordinate with regional teams, maintain high performance standards, and ensure timely, compliant documentation across the program.

The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and support for supervisees in a bilingual English/Spanish environment. Hybrid work arrangements may be available.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
