Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery and coordinate care for clients. You will work with regional teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction, while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards.

Holders of active licensure and ABA experience will lead staff development and ensure compliance with WA regulations. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply, with flexible scheduling and potential for hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required
• One year of ABA experience with oversight of behavior modification
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics per WAC
• Supervised experience required per WAC
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
