PBS Corp. LABA/Program Manager oversees and coordinates high quality ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and growth of teams across regional units.

Required credentials include active state licensure, a bachelor’s degree with 1000 field hours and one year of ABA experience; WA-specific coursework and supervised experience per WAC. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from program under WAC 246-805-210; complete 135 hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
