Job summary

MANTECH in Doral, FL is seeking a Video Teleconferencing Technician to support VTC systems on-site and drive reliability for client collaborations. You will handle Tier I/II support, outages, site surveys, and on-site installations with a focus on network readiness.

The role requires solid IP networking fundamentals, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to schedule conferences using Cisco TMS to ensure seamless communications for our customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5+ years of Tier I/II VTC support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is equivalent to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fundamental understanding of IP networks and how they support VTC systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I & II customer support for VTC systems.
• Respond to outages and use failover/back-up capabilities to meet client needs.
• Conduct site surveys remotely and on-site for VTC installations or upgrades.
• Perform on-site VTC installations and assist with network device configurations and checkout.
• Schedule conferences using Cisco's TelePresence Management Suite (TMS).
