Job summary

MANTECH in Doral, FL seeks a Senior Video Teleconferencing Technician to provide Tier I and II support for VTC systems, perform on-site installations, and coordinate with clients.

The role requires Top Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility, a strong IT/networking foundation, and experience with Cisco TelePresence systems.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, plus a Bachelor's degree in IT or CS or equivalent, and at least five years of VTC support experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field (or equivalent to 2 years of relevant experience).
• 5 years’ experience providing tier 1 and 2 support for Video Teleconferencing systems.
• Fundamental understanding of IP networks used for VTC systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I & II customer support for VTC systems.
• Respond to outages and use failover/back-up to meet client needs.
• Conduct remote and on-site site surveys for new VTC installations.
• Conduct on-site VTC installations and assist with network device configurations.
• Schedule conferences using Cisco TMS.
