Motability Operations is recruiting an Operations Coordinator in Bristol on a 9‑month FTC/Secondment. You will manage the flow of returned vehicles, allocating them to remarketing channels and maintaining data across multiple sales platforms, including the Vehicle Assignment tool.

• Knowledge of Vehicle Remarketing processes
• Good relevant PC & administrative skills, eg: Microsoft, Excel (using V look‑up) and Microsoft Word, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience of working with Third Party suppliers/Relationship management

Responsabilidades

• Allocate, route and enter returned Motability vehicles into multiple sales channels
• Act as key decision-maker for vehicle remarketing channel allocation based on market trends
• Liaise with third‑party partners and hold suppliers to account for performance
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met; produce reports and support pilots/trials
• Maintain accurate vehicle details published or moved to next destination
