Job summary

MSCOX in the United States is seeking a Vehicle Operations Support Specialist to oversee reconditioning for wholesale and retail channels. You will monitor activities, manage client expectations, and ensure accurate information and paperwork are recorded in the system.

The role requires clerical experience, strong communication, and proficiency with office software. You will work with AS400/VCF/RPP systems and support safety and process improvements within the team.

Qualifications

• Clerical or administrative support experience required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Proficient with standard office software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative duties relating to vehicle recon fulfillment and meet client SLAs.
• Maintain client account agreements, vehicle files, and records of reconditioning work.
• Create, maintain, and audit charges for reconditioning fees.
• Analyze client reports and vehicle throughput via daily queries.
• Enter all pertinent information into software applications and verify accuracy.
