Responsibilities

• Process payments for SVRA for the Social Security Ticket to Work Program.
• Respond to SVRA reimbursement payment inquiries regarding status.
• Evaluate and review all reimbursement requests to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
• Coordinate with SSA on discrepancies or corrective action prior to payments.
• Coordinate with SSA to create automated payments using iTOPSS system.
• Adhere to performance requirements and timelines.
• Provide SVRA with updates ensuring timeline compliance.
• Inform SVRA about other services that may aid success.
• Stay updated on trends, changes, and competitor actions affecting payments.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing organizational standards.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge via workshops, publications, and networks.
