Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a detail-oriented Claims Technician to process reimbursement payments for SVRA within the Social Security Ticket to Work program. You will work with the VR Payments Manager and Sr.

Claims Technician to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to handle high-volume tasks, and maintain professional communication with SVRA, SSA, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process payments for SVRA reimbursements under the Social Security Ticket to Work program.
• Respond to inquiries regarding payment status, policy clarification, and processing.
• Review reimbursement requests to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
• Coordinate with SSA on discrepancies or corrective actions before payments.
• Create automated payments using the iTOPSS system.
• Adhere to performance requirements and timelines.
• Provide SVRA with timely updates on progress and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment processes and outcomes.
• Monitor trends and changes affecting payments.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data.
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing learning.
