Responsibilities

• Process payments for SVRA reimbursements under the Social Security Ticket to Work program.
• Respond to payment inquiries and clarify policy and process payments.
• Review reimbursement requests to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Coordinate with SSA on discrepancies and corrective actions.
• Create automated payments using the iTOPSS system.
• Maintain adherence to performance requirements and timelines.
• Provide SVRA with timely updates on payments and status.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment processes and efficiency.
• Keep abreast of trends and actions affecting payments.
• Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing data.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
