ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a VR Payments Claims Technician to process reimbursement payments for SVRA under the Social Security Ticket to Work Program. You will work with SVRA and SSA to ensure timely, accurate payments and provide guidance under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process payments for SVRA reimbursements under the Social Security Ticket to Work program.
• Respond to inquiries on payment status and policy clarifications.
• Evaluate requests for reimbursement to ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Coordinate with SSA on discrepancies and corrective actions.
• Create automated payments using the iTOPSS system.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
