Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a VR Payments Claims Technician to handle reimbursement payments for SVRA within the Social Security Ticket to Work program.

The role emphasizes accuracy, detail orientation, and timely processing, with guidance under supervision. You will work with the VR Payments Manager and Sr. Claims Technician to ensure deliverables are met and standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.

• High school diploma required; BS/BA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payments for SVRA reimbursements under the Social Security Ticket to Work program.
• Respond to SVRA payment inquiries regarding status, policy, and processing.
• Evaluate and review reimbursement requests for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with SSA on discrepancies or corrective action plans before payments.
• Coordinate with SSA to create automated payments using the iTOPSS system.
• Adhere to performance requirements and timelines; provide SVRA updates.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintain quality service by upholding organization standards and knowledge.
