You will work under supervision with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, coordinating with SSA and SVRA stakeholders to ensure proper payment delivery and clear documentation. The role requires strong written communication and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process payments for SVRA reimbursements under the Social Security Ticket to Work program.
• Respond to reimbursement inquiries regarding payment status and policy.
• Evaluate and review all reimbursement requests for timely and accurate payment.
• Coordinate with SSA on discrepancies and corrective actions prior to payments.
• Coordinate with SSA to create automated payments using iTOPSS system.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing learning and benchmarking.
