Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a VR Payments Claims Technician to process reimbursement payments for SVRA under the Social Security Ticket to Work program. You will provide instructions to SVRA about payments and distribution, and collaborate with the VR Payments Manager to ensure timely deliverables.

The ideal candidate will be extremely detailed with strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process payments for SVRA reimbursements under the Social Security Ticket to Work program.
• Respond to SVRA reimbursement payment inquiries regarding status and policy.
• Evaluate and review requests to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
• Coordinate with SSA on discrepancies or corrective actions before payments.
• Coordinate with SSA in creating automated payments using iTOPSS.
• Adhere to performance requirements and timelines.
• Provide SVRA with updates ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Inform SVRA about other services and actions that may help outcomes.
• Keep up with trends, changes, and competitor actions that affect payments.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards.
• Maintain professional knowledge via workshops, publications, networks, benchmarking.
