Sandbox VR in New York, NY is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to welcome guests, guide them through immersive VR adventures, and ensure a memorable experience. You will learn our games and gear, help teammates, and maintain clean, ready-for-guest spaces.

This role requires standing and walking for long periods, comfort with VR tech, and a proactive, friendly attitude. Evening/weekend shifts may be needed; $19–$22 per hour, in-person work.

Qualifications

• Willingness to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them through their VR adventure, assisting with gear.
• Become an expert in Sandbox VR games and equipment and help new teammates.
• Keep guest areas and VR equipment clean, organized, and presentable.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with tech support.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe environment.
• Communicate clearly and work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
