Sandbox VR in San Antonio seeks a Guest Experience Coach to create unforgettable guest moments, greet guests with energy, and guide them through the VR journey from arrival to wrap-up.

You will master our proprietary tech, keep gear calibrated, troubleshoot issues with a light-hearted approach, and maintain a spotless store. Weekend availability is required; 1+ year in retail/hospitality preferred. Benefits include paid time off, commuter perks, and employee discounts.

Formación

• 1+ year in retail/hospitality.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lb.

Responsabilidades

• Create unforgettable guest moments.
• Greet guests with energy and invite them into a welcoming environment.
• Guide guests through the VR journey from arrival to wrap-up.
• Proactively share offers to boost engagement.
• Be a tech and experience expert; master our proprietary tech.
• Keep gear calibrated and troubleshoot issues smoothly.
• Communicate with management and tech support clearly and quickly.
• Keep the store running smoothly and maintain a high-energy environment.
• Sanitize gear and display materials to brand standards.
• Prepare iPads, body trackers, and gear before and after sessions.
