• Typically 7–10+ years of experience in business readiness, change management, transformation, or complex programs.
• Accountability for end-to-end readiness or change outcomes across a portfolio.
• Proven ability to lead delivery teams, allocate work, assure quality, and influence senior stakeholders.

• End-to-end accountability for Business Readiness outcomes across an assigned portfolio, including intake, assessment, planning, implementation, adoption, and transition to BAU.
• Lead and allocate work across three Associates, balancing demand, capacity and cross-portfolio coverage.
• Own portfolio readiness governance, quality assurance, stage-gate recommendations, risk escalation, remediation, and adoption performance.
• Maintain partnerships with Communications, Procedures, and Training teams and integrate their outputs into the central readiness plan.
• Provide formal, evidence-based readiness recommendations at stage gates with defined decision thresholds.
