Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; typically demonstrated by 2 years in role.
• Seasoned experience in mortgage banking, capital markets, investor eligibility, or related analytical field.
• Experience in process improvement and product deployment within retail or business banking, lending operations, and product strategy with risk and control awareness.
• End-to-end process management: analyze as-is processes, map flows, design to-be states, and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead change execution for a portfolio of strategic initiatives with governance and readiness outcomes across programs.
• Establish execution standards: plans, milestones, tollgates, risk/issue/action/dependency management.
• Identify, track, and drive completion of deliverables with clear ownership and due dates.
• Build relationships with Product, Sales, Implementations, Onboarding, Service, Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Controls.
• Facilitate senior-level discussions to align priorities and secure timely decisions; act as trusted advisor.
• Own management reporting, stakeholder updates, and executive communications; document status and timeline impacts.
• Run governance forums and tollgates with action capture and audit-ready visibility.
• Elevate risks/issues early with mitigation plans and closure.
• Ensure operational readiness: service readiness, onboarding, sales enablement, marketing readiness, training and communications.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Controls for governance throughout delivery.
• Improve change execution models; introduce scalable governance, and apply automation/AI where approved.
