Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Newark, DE seeks a Vice President for Risk Projects & Data Change Management to lead BAU change management, large-scale projects, and a global team supporting Wholesale Credit Risk.

You will review business requirements, analyze client impact, and coordinate end-to-end testing. The role reports into the Data Change governance & management lead and requires strong leadership and communication skills across time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of data change management experience in financial services or risk management environments.
• Proven leadership skills; able to lead working groups and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills; capable of presenting messages to senior management.
• Collaborates effectively with global teams across time zones and independents teams.
• Highly organized self-starter; able to multi-task under tight deadlines; adapts to change.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and change process; provide regular status updates to management.
• Create polished presentations and materials for senior management decision making.
• Provide oversight of the release plan, milestones, test strategy, and stakeholder activities.
• Oversee project implementation runbooks and coordinate stakeholder sign-off.
• Day-to-day oversight of change initiatives and team support.
