Chase Wealth Management seeks a Vice President, Advisor Tools Strategy Lead to shape the strategy, prioritization, and roadmap for advisor productivity tools. You will partner with business, product, and technology teams to ensure tools meet advisor needs and drive efficiency within a highly regulated environment.

You will lead field testing, pilots, and national rollouts, with a focus on adoption, change management, and measurable business impact across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services industry.
• Proven track record delivering high-profile priorities with multiple stakeholders.
• Translating business needs into product requirements and influencing roadmaps.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-year strategic roadmap for advisor productivity initiatives.
• Influence product roadmaps aligning to business objectives.
• Own field testing, pilots, and national rollouts with training resources.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption metrics.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to sustain competitive advantage.
• Communicate updates clearly to advisors and leadership.
