Job summary

Mercer Advisors is hiring a Senior VP of Enablement to centralize content strategy and lead scalable, AI-enabled training across Wealth Management and Wealth Solutions. You will bridge corporate functions and the field, building a team and driving behavioral change to improve client outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in enablement or learning, with a track record of scaling programs and partnering across segments to align training with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enablement/learning & development experience in wealth management or complex professional services.
• Proven ability to build or scale centralized enablement functions and drive behavioral change.
• Experience using AI to accelerate content creation and learning delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the centralized content strategy across Wealth Management and Wealth Solutions.
• Lead curriculum development and scaling of advisor playbooks and onboarding frameworks.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled training and content infrastructure across the organization.
• Build a structured Enablement team with Directors and dedicated support per cohort.
