Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Wealth Management or related field‑facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, finance, education, or technology.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities and capabilities into practical field execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a regional point of contact for strategic initiative engagement and adoption across Wealth Management.
• Partner with Regional, Market, and Branch Leadership to understand local business priorities and adoption barriers.
• Build trusted relationships with Financial Advisors and Home Office partners.
• Translate firmwide AI and business development priorities into region‑specific engagement plans.
• Lead education sessions, workshops, and coaching for Advisors and Field Leadership.
• Coordinate with product, technology, and risk partners to support effective field execution.
