Job summary

Consello is seeking a Vice President, AI Enablement in New York City to act as an embedded coach-builder within the AI team, co-creating personalized AI-enabled workflows with senior advisors and practice leaders, turning practitioner needs into scalable capabilities.

This hands-on role blends practitioner, coach, and operator instincts, partnering with AI Product and Engineering to deliver value, measure adoption, and ensure responsible use of AI across advisory work.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of consulting, transformation, AI, or operating roles.
• Built and deployed AI workflows adopted by colleagues.
• Experience enabling others through training and coaching.
• Strong communication with senior professionals and commercial judgment.
• Experience serving financial services clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI enablement including training, coaching, and change management.
• Develop learning pathways and run practice sessions with senior leaders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate needs into scalable capabilities.
• Own monthly AI adoption metrics and gather practitioner feedback.
• Ensure governance, confidentiality, and policy compliance in practice.
