Job summary

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking a Regional AI Specialist to drive AI adoption across its nationwide advisor network. The role focuses on embedding AI into field workflows, aiding client engagement, and supporting growth through practical, measurable use cases.

The successful candidate will lead education sessions, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and translate strategic AI priorities into region-specific action plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Wealth Management experience or related field-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, communications or related field.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into practical field execution.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities across markets.
• Experience in field education, adoption, enablement, product rollout or change management.
• Comfort operating in a regulated environment and using risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a regional point of contact for strategic initiative engagement and adoption.
• Align regional plans with local operating rhythms and leadership priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with Financial Advisors, Support Professionals, Field Leadership, and Home Office partners.
• Translate AI and business priorities into region-specific engagement plans.
• Lead practical education sessions, workshops and training for Advisors and leaders.
• Coordinate with Home Office, product, tech, risk, legal and communications teams to support field execution.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to client outreach, prospecting and growth initiatives.
