Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking an Enablement leader to centralize content strategy, develop curricula, and drive AI-enabled training across Wealth Management and Wealth Solutions. You will set strategy, build the team, and scale enablement to improve advisor performance and client outcomes with a strong emphasis on data-driven adoption and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enablement, learning & development, or field effectiveness in wealth management or financial services.
• Proven ability to build or scale centralized enablement functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized content strategy across Wealth Management and Wealth Solutions.
• Build scalable advisor playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and field tools.
• Drive adoption and behavioral change through AI-enabled training initiatives.
• Bridge corporate functions and the field to improve client outcomes.
