Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Learning Design & Delivery Associate/VP to lead the design, development, and delivery of advisor learning experiences across Private Wealth Management. This role builds scalable content to grow advisor productivity and professional development, partnering with advisors and business leaders to translate field insights into curriculum.

You will design curricula, deliver training regionally, and measure impact, leveraging AI-enabled tools to continuously improve learning

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Strategy, Training, Wealth Management, or related field.
• Experience designing instructional content, curriculum, or learning experiences.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable learning resources.
• Excellent written communication and content development capabilities.
• Strong relationship management with advisors and leaders.
• Highly organized with project management excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint/Excel).
• Knowledge of wealth management or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advisor training curriculum and development content.
• Create practical resources, tools, and job aids to support advisor growth.
• Continuously evaluate learning content for relevance, adoption, and impact.
• Deliver training across regional offices in virtual and in-person formats.
• Serve as SME for advisor development content and training best practices.
• Partner with advisors and field leadership to assess needs and gaps.
• Translate feedback into new content and curriculum enhancements.
• Collaborate with Talent Strategy and SMEs to implement learning solutions.
• Incorporate AI-enabled tools and industry trends into learning experiences.
• Measure content effectiveness using participation and knowledge data.
• Maintain centralized content libraries for current resources.
