Qualifications

• 10+ years of media buying, investment, or activation experience with significant video experience.
• 3+ years of digital video experience, including CTV, OLV, OTT, Mobile, and/or Addressable.
• Experience across National and Local Video.
• Experience in the Retail and/or CPG space.
• 3+ years managing client and external partner relationships.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of media investment and digital buying tools (Mediaocean/Prisma, Spectra/MediaBank, DSPs, ad servers, verification platforms).
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead video investment and activation across multiple client accounts, from proposal development to campaign execution and post-buy analysis.
• Own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of client deliverables and investment recommendations.
• Partner with Strategy, Planning, Analytics, and other teams to develop video investment solutions.
• Support new business efforts, including pitch strategy and video investment plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, data integrity, and ways of working within Video Investment.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, media partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current on evolving video platforms and identify opportunities to apply them to client business.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while managing priorities.
• Present recommendations and results clearly to senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in forecasting, business planning, and strategic initiatives.
