Job summary

Saisystems Health seeks a VBC / Quality Strategist to guide provider organizations through transitions from fee-for-service to value-based reimbursement, improving quality scores and maximizing performance under ACO/MSSP and payer programs.

You will work with RCM, PacEHR, Payor Enrollment, and Compliance to align quality initiatives with revenue cycles, clinical documentation, and population health.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in healthcare quality improvement or value-based care.
• 3+ years in client-facing consulting for provider organizations.
• Strong knowledge of HEDIS, STARS, MIPS/APM, ACO/MSSP, and HCC risk adjustment.
• Experience with quality data analytics tools and EHR reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with PCMH recognition and value-based payer contracting.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary VBC and quality advisor for assigned client portfolio.
• Develop quality dashboards and reports for clinical and executive audiences.
• Lead care gap closure, risk adjustment, and performance improvement roadmaps.
• Guide client implementation of program requirements within workflows.
• Engage with CMOs, quality directors, and population health teams in QBRs.
