Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a Senior Manager, VBC Operations to drive value-based care initiatives across the Mid-Atlantic market. You will lead Population Health Advisors and Clinical Quality Associates, shaping quality metrics, workflow design, and payer collaborations to improve outcomes while mentoring teams.

The role requires a Master’s or equivalent experience, 4+ years of leadership, and familiarity with MSSP/HEDIS. Travel ~5% and residency in the market are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Business Management, Healthcare Administration or equivalent (or comparable experience).
• 4+ years of relevant working experience, including people management.
• Knowledgeable about population health management and value-based care.
• People management skills with experience mentoring high-performing teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Experience with data collection and document management.
• Healthcare experience; experience with MSSP or HEDIS preferred.
• Must reside in the market of assignment and comply with HIPAA rules.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical quality strategy by aligning contract requirements with performance opportunities.
• Lead strategic projects advancing Population Health initiatives across quality, cost, and operations.
• Oversee Population Health Advisors and Clinical Quality Associates teams to meet targets.
• Resolve barriers to operational execution and improve efficiency.
• Influence physician leadership to adopt new ideas, products or approaches.
• Support teams in developing region- and POD-specific strategies and priorities.
• Design workflows to achieve quality outcomes and document processes for HEDIS measures.
• Manage payer relationships to drive clinical quality outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of the organization’s EHR to support physician workflows.
